We arrange UK delivery only for vehicles purchased from BOYSON LTD. We do not offer a separate vehicle transport service. Delivery availability for your postcode, the charge and expected timing are confirmed before you place your order.<\/p>\n
Full payment is required before delivery. Your written order confirmation will identify the vehicle, the total amount payable and the agreed delivery arrangements. We do not offer customer collection or showroom viewings.<\/p>\n
For qualifying distance purchases by consumers, you generally have 14 days after the day you receive the vehicle to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return it unless we have agreed to collect it. Contact us in writing using the contact form or the contact details in your order confirmation.<\/p>\n
Outside our additional five-day promise, any responsibility for return costs and an estimate where required will be disclosed before the contract is agreed. If we do not provide the required information about return costs, we cannot simply pass those costs on to you.<\/p>\n
During the first five calendar days after delivery, you can inspect the vehicle and tell us if it is not as described, has an undisclosed defect or does not meet your expectations. Under this additional promise, we will arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid. Contact us within this period using the contact form or the details in your order confirmation so we can arrange collection.<\/p>\n
This additional promise does not replace or shorten your statutory cancellation rights or your rights where a vehicle is faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n
Statutory cancellation refunds include the standard delivery cost where applicable. Refund timing follows the applicable statutory rules; where we agree to collect the vehicle, we will not make the refund depend on your sending it back yourself. For statutory cancellations outside our additional promise, a lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the vehicle\u2019s nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are separate from cancellation rights and our additional promise. Contact us promptly if there is a problem so we can assess the appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.<\/p>\n
